How we make them
We collect the oysters on the Oosterschelde in Zeeland. In Amsterdam they're cleaned and decorated with decoupage, paint, gold leaf or pearls, then given a glossy finish.

How big is a dish?
Tiny is up to 9 cm, Medium up to 12 cm and Large 13–18 cm. Every shell has its own shape.
